• 1 Snapdragon Miso Ramen
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 large green onions, chopped
  • Sriracha (optional for garnish)


  1. Cook Snapdragon noodles according to package instructions. Let cool.
  2. Once ramen is soft drain from the water.
  3. Add egg, flour, green onions, and drained noodles into a medium bowl and mix until well incorporated.
  4. Scoop ⅓ cup of batter into a non-stick fry pan.
  5. Cook 3 to 5 minutes per side over medium low heat. Repeat until all are made.
  6. Top with sriracha and green onion.
