Ingredients:

  • Snapdragon Chicken Ramen noodles or any flavor you like!
  • Bok Choy
  • Green Onions
  • Firm Tofu
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Toasted Sesame Oil
  • Soy Sauce or Your Favorite Marinade

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cook ramen according to packaging and strain.
  3. Slice tofu into 1-inch cubes, and marinade for 15-30 minutes in soy sauce or your favorite marinade.
  4. Slice bok choy length-wise into edible-sized pieces.
  5. Slice green onion on a bias.
  6. Add all ingredients to a sheet pan, and sprinkle with toasted sesame oil and soy sauce or marinade.
  7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  8. Cook for 15 minutes or until greens begin to wilt and tofu gets a little crunchy on the corners.
  9. Dig in.
