Ingredients:
- Snapdragon Chicken Ramen noodles or any flavor you like!
- Bok Choy
- Green Onions
- Firm Tofu
- Sesame Seeds
- Toasted Sesame Oil
- Soy Sauce or Your Favorite Marinade
Directions:
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Cook ramen according to packaging and strain.
- Slice tofu into 1-inch cubes, and marinade for 15-30 minutes in soy sauce or your favorite marinade.
- Slice bok choy length-wise into edible-sized pieces.
- Slice green onion on a bias.
- Add all ingredients to a sheet pan, and sprinkle with toasted sesame oil and soy sauce or marinade.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Cook for 15 minutes or until greens begin to wilt and tofu gets a little crunchy on the corners.
- Dig in.
