Shipping

We know that a craving won’t cure itself so we try and get your order out ASAP. That usually means orders get shipped out one business day after the order has been placed. You’ll receive an email notification and tracking info once your order ships so you plan your meals accordingly. A few shipping notes:

• Orders less than $50.00: $10 flat-rate ground shipping within the US Lower 48 states.
• Orders $50.00+: Free ground shipping within the US Lower 48 states.
• Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or the US Armed Forces regions will be presented the real-time carrier rates at checkout.
• We don’t currently ship internationally, but we’re working on it.

Returns

Deliciously bold food should make you happy. And if you’re not happy then we’re not happy. If you're not satisfied with your order then we’ll make it right. That might mean sending you a replacement or giving you a refund (minus shipping of course). It might just mean being a good listener about what went wrong so we can get better. Maybe it’s all three.
