Ingredients:

  • Snapdragon Miso Ramen
  • 1 Raw Egg
  • Diced Garlic
  • Mayo
  • Green onion
  • Fried Egg
  • Chili Crunch (if you’re into that kinda thing)

Directions:

  1. Add raw egg, diced garlic, mayo, and seasoning and veggie packets from ramen into a bowl.
  2. Cook ramen noodles according to packaging and strain.
  3. Slowly add ramen water or boiling water to bowl while continually stirring. This will cook the egg and thicken up the broth.
  4. Add your noodles and sprinkle some green onion on top.
  5. Throw on an egg and you’re ready to rock.
