Ingredients:

  • Snapdragon Tonkotsu Ramen
  • Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • Minced Garlic
  • Chili Flakes
  • Soy Sauce
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Toasted Sesame Oil
  • Fried Egg

Directions:

  1. Cook ramen noodles only according to packaging and strain. Set packets aside.
  2. Heat oil in a small pan. Add garlic, cook for 15 seconds, then add sesame seeds.
  3. Add chili flakes and cook for another 15 seconds.
  4. Add peanut butter and a little bit of ramen water and stir. Add water until you get to your desired thickness.
  5. Add a splash of soy sauce and seasoning and veggie packets from the ramen and stir.
  6. Add noodles and stir again.
  7. Transfer to a bowl and throw an egg on top.
