Ingredients:

  • Snapdragon Chicken Ramen noodles or any flavor you like!
  • Kimchi
  • Unsalted Butter
  • 2 Slices American Cheese
  • Minced Garlic
  • Minced Ginger
  • Cream
  • Sriracha
  • Furikake
  • Poached Egg

Directions:

  1. Cook ramen noodles only according to packaging and strain. Set packets aside.
  2. In a small pan, melt butter, and cook garlic and ginger for 30-60 seconds
  3. Add Kimchi, sriracha and a splash of cream and stir.
  4. Add American cheese and stir until melted.
  5. Add a splash of ramen water and seasoning and veggie packets from ramen and stir.
  6. Add noodles, stir, and throw that egg on top.
  7. Sprinkle with furikake.
