Ingredients:

  • 1 Snapdragon Chicken Ramen
  • 1 oz Gruyere cheese, shaved
  • 2 oz croutons
  • ⅓ cup onions
  • 3-4 asparagus spears
  • 1 tsp garlic, chopped finely
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. On medium high heat, sauté onions and asparagus in olive oil with garlic, salt and
  2. pepper in a fry pan. Set aside.
  3. Cook Snapdragon Ramen according to the package.
  4. Open ramen cup and add onions and asparagus.
  5. Sprinkle croutons and then cheese on top, letting cheese melt on toppings.
